In 2024, Triton Group announced a major milestone after successful completion of a multimillion-pound Management Buyout (MBO), led by Lauren Paver. Lauren has been in the security industry for 15 years and has worked her way from Business Development Manager to Group Managing Director.
Lauren has previously been recognised and shortlisted for the FSM Fire Industry Woman of the Year Award after paving the way for Triton in the Waking Watch industry.
Jamie joined Triton in 2022 and plays a key role as Group Sales Director, overseeing the sales team. Jamie brings strategic leadership and a results-driven approach to drive business growth and performance.
Jamie is passionate about developing cutting-edge solutions and building strong client relationships. With almost a decade of experience in the security industry, Jamie has spearheaded the way for hybrid security solutions, coupling technology systems with manned guarding to provide a comprehensive security coverage.
Lauren joined Triton in 2009 as Office Manager demonstrating exceptional organisational and operational efficiency skills. Lauren quickly progressed within the company taking on greater responsibility in the Operations Team as Operations Manager, and Head of Operations.
In 2024, Lauren became a Mum and took on a new role at Triton, Head of People and Culture. In this role, Lauren will focus on creating an inclusive, supportive, and dynamic workplace for all our staff. This marks an exciting new chapter for Triton Security, and we are confident that Lauren’s leadership will drive initiatives that empower our team and enhance our culture.
Mark is Head of Operations at Triton Security, overseeing the day-to-day management and expert delivery of Triton’s services. Mark has played a key role in the success, growth and retention of the business.
Throughout their long tenure of 15 years at Triton, Mark has advanced through varies roles and departments gaining comprehensive knowledge of the security industry and security operations.
Group Finance Manager, Joanne joined the business in 2020 to lead our Accounts and Finance division.
With strong experience in strategic financial planning and budgeting, Joanne oversees Group accounts and analyses the nominals to ensure accurate reporting.
With 20+ years’ experience in security, Dave brings extensive expertise and knowledge of fire and security technology systems to the Triton team.
As an ex-electrician, Dave specialises in system design, installation and maintenance. Dave supports our customers with the implementation of tailored fire and security systems that meet the requirements of each site / premises.
