Lauren Paver

In 2024, Triton Group announced a major milestone 
after successful completion of a multimillion-pound Management Buyout (MBO), led by Lauren Paver. Lauren has been in the security industry for 15 years 
and has worked her way from Business Development Manager to Group Managing Director.

Lauren has previously been recognised and shortlisted 
for the FSM Fire Industry Woman of the Year Award after paving the way for Triton in the Waking Watch industry.
