Triton Group is proud to announce a major milestone in its history with the successful completion of a multimillion-pound Management Buyout (MBO), led by Lauren Paver and backed Close Brothers. This exciting development marks a new era for the company, with a shift towards majority employee ownership, further strengthening Triton’s commitment to growth, innovation and creating new opportunities for its team to develop and thrive.

Founded in 2003 by Graham Foxcroft and Ashley Wood, Triton Group has grown to become a UK leader in security and risk management, with a turnover of £65 million. Graham and Ashley express full confidence in the new leadership team and Lauren’s vision for the future.
