Meet Jamie Manojlovic, Triton Security’s new Sales Director

What’s next for Triton Security? We recently caught up with Triton Security’s new Sales Director, Jamie Manojlovic, to find out.

Jamie, can you tell us a bit about yourself?

‘Sure, so I’m a new dad and a Leeds local. I’m a big Leeds United fan and before I became a dad, I used to play football quite a bit. Nothing will stop me from beating the rest of the Sales team at golf though.’

Where were you before Triton?

‘I started out as a Business Development Manager at VPS Group and over 6 years, I worked my way up to Regional Sales Director and Head of New Business. I realised quickly that working hard for clients is very rewarding. My role as Regional Sales Director involved managing sales teams across the UK as well as my own accounts.’

Impressive. Can you tell us more about your career move to Triton?

‘Triton stands out as a company that are on the up. If you do your due diligence, it’s clear that Triton Security are only going to continue growing. I put that down to the team. Straight away I noticed that Triton has an ambitious, supportive and close-knit community that delivers good quality work.’

‘At the end of the day, people buy off other people. Triton Security are proving with every new and renewed contract that they are industry leaders for security solutions.’

What, in your opinion, makes great customer service for companies that need Security services?

‘Reactiveness is really important. Companies in need of security services require responsiveness to developing situations. Triton Security are experts that take care whilst adapting to the business structures of each client.’

What are your next steps for Triton Security as the new Sales Director?

‘I’m growing our Sales team and presence nationwide. We are currently hiring new Business Development Managers who will take ownership of their accounts and dig deep, getting to know the local areas and communities they are servicing.’
