Security Guards for Eco-Friendly Manufacturers

Triton Security win new contract with local North Yorkshire pet food manufactures, Inspired Pet Nutrition. The contract entails security guards for their distribution centre and office.

Founded in 1923, Inspired Pet Nutrition started out as a wheat trading business and became a pet food manufacturer in 1985. They are recognised for their premium yet affordable pet food brands Harrington’s, Wagg, Barking Heads and AATU.

Leaving a positive pawprint on the environment, Inspired Pet Nutrition became the first major UK pet food manufacturer to become carbon negative in 2020. This is achieved through offsetting their carbon footprint across their business. Some initiatives include growing a meadow to help biodiversity and creating incentives to travel by foot and bike for customers to purchase products.

Inspired Pet Nutrition approached Triton Security to secure their premises with manned guarding. Triton Security are recognised for their industry leading service, delivering tailor-made services for clients and offering 24/7 operational support. Security guards are responsible for securing Inspired Pet Nutrition’s distribution centre which has capacity for 16,000 pellets of pet food goods.
