New Concierge Contract for Global Network Idexx

Triton Security win a new contract with Idexx, a global network dedicated to improving the health of pets, people and livestock. The contract entails Concierge officers for the Idexx laboratory based in Wetherby.

Triton Security Concierge officers offer a tailor-made service for all industries. Our Concierge officers received site specific training for the requirements of the Idexx laboratory. This laboratory receives thousands of samples every day from veterinary clinics. The samples arriving at Idexx are tested to identify if there is something wrong with someone’s pet. With a high volume of samples arriving and leaving the site everyday, Triton Security Concierge officers play a key role in the every day running of this global network.

Triton Security Concierge officers recognise that they are ambassadors for Idexx, representing the interests of the global network whenever someone arrives on site. They are trained to manage any eventuality in a helpful manner.
