We are therefore delighted to announce that from the 4^th August, Triton Group have partnered with Westfield Health to provide support for mental health issues any of our colleagues may have now or in the future.

One of the key attractions of Westfield Health is their strong not for profit heritage and the fact they have donated more than £15 million to the NHS through their charitable trust.

Throughout COVID, our security guards and wider security teams have stepped up as key workers, risking their lives on a daily basis.  The physical and mental stresses on our teams did not go unnoticed. Our first-hand experience of the impact of COVID has led us to put this support structure in place throughout our businesses.

We wanted to ensure we have wrap around care, even when our teams are not in work. We aim to give our colleagues the peace of mind that they can access healthcare, when they need it.

It goes without saying Triton Group’s most valuable asset is people.
