Triton Security win Manchester Fire watch contract

X1 Lettings have awarded Triton Security a fire watch contract for one of their properties in Manchester.

X1 Lettings have over 10 years’ experience of building a residential property portfolio in Liverpool, Leeds and Manchester for young professionals and students.

Lauren Paver, Triton Security’s Sales Director explained. “I am delighted to secure another fire watch contract for X1 lettings. What is particularly pleasing from an operational point of view is that we mobilised the contract within three hours. This clearly demonstrates the high level our operations team are working at.
