Flexible working has, in some cases, become a non-negotiable to jobseekers, with many businesses choosing to operate a hybrid model. As a result, this has changed the facilities management industry as we once knew it.

Co-Founder and Managing Director of Triton Group, Ashley Wood, will be joining the business leaders of Leeds for October’s CEO Sleepout.
CEO Sleepout is a charity that hosts big corporate sleepouts across the country to raise money for over 100 charities who are working hard to tackle homelessness. Since it began, CEO Sleepout has raised over £3.6 million from 5000+ participants.
Supporting initiatives such as CEO Sleepout and giving back to the community is extremely important to Triton Group. Figures released by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities shows a 48% increase in the last year of people sleeping rough.

Joseph Gallagher Ltd have put their trust in Triton Security to provide them with Manned Guarding and Gatehouse Security for their depot in Grays.
Joseph Gallagher is one of the UK’s leading Civil Engineering & Tunnelling sub-contractors. The award-winning business has significantly grown over the last 40 years and now operates internationally.
Given the nature of Joseph Gallaher’s work, it was imperative they had substantial security on their site. After detailed assessment of the area and challenges faced by the customer, Triton Security placed manned guards on the entrance of client site. These officers are responsible for signing vehicles in and out of the premises, alongside completing regular spot check and hourly patrols of the site.

Leeds Careers Fair 2023, hosted by the UK Careers Fair at Aspire in Leeds City Centre. The day was focussed on networking and building connections with job seekers and other local businesses in Leeds.
