20 Years of Triton

2023 celebrates 20 Years of Triton.

The 20-year milestone and all the group has achieved is great testament to our team. Triton Security began in a small office in Thorpe Arch, Wetherby. Since then, the group has grown to encompass 6 businesses, all of which have allowed us to innovate and improve the service we provide to our clients.

Our journey doesn’t stop here… We very much look forward to the next 20 years and everything that is ahead of us as a Group.

Triton Security Securing Confidence in Cleaning

Since March 2020, maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness has never been so important. As part of our facilities management offering, Triton Security are securing confidence and supporting clients on a variety of cleaning contracts, from office cleaning to commercial cleaning, to industrial cleaning. It is our business to make your business look good.

Upcoming Date for the Diary

Triton Recruitment are excited to be attending Leeds Careers Fair 2023. The Leeds Careers Fair is open to people with all levels of experience and hosts a wide variety of local employers.

Triton Recruitment are currently looking to expand their team with recent graduates or experienced salespeople. If you are interested in a career in recruitment, this event is a great opportunity to meet the Triton team in person and find out more about our opportunities.

Upcoming International Women’s Day – 8th March

Triton Group will be supporting International Women’s Day on Wednesday 8^th March.

As a group, we are proud to operate under the leadership of a diverse management team, including female colleagues at Board level. Embracing equity and creating a more gender-balanced workforce is something we are very passionate about. It is always high up on our agenda to make sure that we are addressing issues such as the gender pay gap.

Triton Group Celebrate National Apprenticeship Week

Triton Group celebrated National Apprenticeship Week 2023 between 6 – 12^th February.

Providing opportunities for young people to excel and celebrating their achievements is something we pride ourselves on at Triton Group. In conjunction with National Apprenticeship Week, Triton Security visited Boston Spa School to talk to their students about alternative higher education opportunities to university and local opportunities on their doorstep. Linking with our 20-year anniversary, we are hiring up to 20 apprentices this year providing local jobs to local people. Our apprentices can learn from talented industry professionals in accounting and finance, business administration, electrical and joinery.

Apprentice Spotlight: Will Lockwood

As we love to celebrate achievements at Triton, this section is dedicated to our Level 3 NVQ Electrical Apprentice, Will Lockwood.

Will works with Triton Projects and chose to complete his apprenticeship at Triton as he was keen to learn on the job as well as gain qualifications. In addition to the people, Will’s favourite thing about working at Triton is the variety. Working with Triton Projects, Will is exposed to a wide range of jobs – from big events to small studio fittings.

Nearing the end of his apprenticeship, Will’s main goal is to become fully qualified and start earning lots of money! He is looking forwards to continuing with Triton Projects and being able to design and run his own jobs!
